The Forestry Service needs help with trail clean-up & maintenance.
Bring gloves, sunblock, tools, your own food, and lots of water
Meet at 7:30am at Carl's Jr in Gorman for breakfast (right off the 5 freeway)

All,

Per MJR, this event is CANX. I guess whoever the AAT club is (Pt Mugu?) wants to do it all themselves.

You can read more here: http://www.myjeeprocks.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14762&page=3

Quote: ATTENTION DUE TO CLUB POLITICS THIS IS CANCELLED THEY ( The CLUB ) wants it a club only event. I am a club member and I dont know why?
I am going to be on the phone to see whats up but for now its a NO GO.
Sorry I have no control of this one. FN politics.

That sucks! I was trying to rearrage my schedule to participate. Can't believe they wouldn't be accepting of other volunteers to help take care of the trails. I'm surprised the FS doesn't have more say in this?

oh well, guess i'll firm up my BB camping plans for that weekend.

Hey all,

That's no reason to frown, let's arrange a day trip somewhere that way we are still wheeling. What do ya say? Common guys, let's get out there!
