Oh, I guess it worked out that I missed the run. Got a phone call today. I have one interested party in my Jeep. A lawyer from NorCal who wants a rig to ride a 10,000 acre ranch.
we know the real reason you want to sell your jeep - so you can upgrade to this
Umm...nooooo!!!
Drove all the way to Modesto and back today to look at this:
If I don't get a reasonable offer on my Jeep, I'd like to keep the Jeep for the near future and get this F-Toy. It's a Toyota based buggy. It'll satisfy my buggy lust and I would still be able to wheel with you guys.
John,
With all the blood sweat and tears you put into your rig you will kick yourself with a fierceness if you sell it! I don't know about this toy thing you are looking at, certainly ugly for starters, someone else's headache, not a very attractive ride, in all honesty I'm not sure that thing will go much further than your rig now, and your rig is SEXY for sure! DON'T DO IT BUDDY!!! If you really need this toy thingy then get it but then you'll have to pick up a double car trailer so you can bring both your man jeep and the kids toy, but don't sell the jeep, it will be upset with you for sure!!! You will be bummed to not be able to roll with us as often.....

....... and it's leaf suspension?? My jeep looks like it articulates more than that thing!! It's a huge step back from your rig and certainly not as sexy!

Ahhhh.... you're killin me!
JP
You guys have it all wrong
The F-Toy pictured above would be IN ADDITION TO my Jeep! I would ONLY get the F-Toy if my Jeep DID NOT sell!
Now, thisis what I would want to get if I DID sell my Jeep:
OR
OR
These three buggies are a HUGE difference over the F-Toy. These 3 are all V-8 powered, D-60 rigs with the first one being brand new, the second raced in KOH this year and the last one having Rockwells.

Ok.... not as girly! If anything the 1st of the 3 pictured is better looking but I still think your jeep is bad ass! I say you bite the bullet like me and toss some 60's under that black beauty that way you have the best of both worlds and remain street legal for all the stuff we do..... or have both rigs, keep the jeep and get the red buggy pictured.... I don't know it's just me. With all that I've done with my jeep I wouldn't be able to let it go, and it doesn't look half as good as yours! It's a family member now... It's like giving away your dog to replace it with a different one... NO WAY JOSE!! But... that's just me.
